Summary	0002768: Add help link to main menu bar
Description	We'd love to include a link to our (organization-local) help pages in SOGo, where we give special information on login, passwords, mobile device synchronization etc. While we might do this by editing template files, this is officially discouraged 1. Probably a configurable help link (that probably should be disabled by default) would be a benefit to lots of SOGo administrators.
Additional Information	The screenshot mockup shows a possible location for such a help link. "Hilfe" is "Help" in German language.
