Description

When moving an event between calenders invited users will get an event cancellation and an event invitation via mail.
This shouldn't happen as the event confirmation is kept

I think that existing behavior is the most correct one.
Imagine that one user (secretary) manages calendars for several users, and she/he moves event from calendar of one organizer to the calendar of another organizer.

In that case, such scenario is indeed cancellation from one organizer and event creation from another user.
