Description

When you enable:

SOGoAppointmentSendEMailNotifications = yes

in sogo.conf and disable the user setting with the sogo-tool:

sogo-tool user-preferences set defaults username SOGoAppointmentSendEMailNotifications '{"SOGoAppointmentSendEMailNotifications": "NO"}'

the user still receive emails invitations to events.

Otherwise, when you you invert the settings the user doesn't receive mails.

So we think the user setting is ignored.

It would also be useful that the user has the option to set this setting in the webinterface settings for example i think.
