Summary0002978: Invitation to Events created through iOS are not sent to invitees
Description

I use SOGo 2.2.9a on Ubuntu 12.04 x64. My iOS account is configured as "Exchange" (ActiveSync).
When a regular event is created via iOS (nobody invited) it shows in couple of minutes in webmail fine.
When an event is created via iOS and there are invitees - event does not propagate to server, nor notifications are sent to invitees. /var/log/sogo/sogo.log reads:

EXCEPTION: <NSException: 0x7fdfefa43a00> NAME:NSInvalidArgumentException REASON:nil object to be added in HashMap for key from INFO:{key = from; map = "{\"MIME-Version\" = \"1.0\"; \"content-type\" = \"multipart/mixed\"; }"; object = "<nil>"; }

Consequently, when event is deleted form iOS device, cancelation email is sent TWICE to invitees.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Configure iOS account as Exchange account (Active Sync)
  2. Create an event in IOS Calendar application and add Invitees (internal or external domain)
  3. Check via webmail interface that event did not propagate
  4. Delete an event and check invitees inbox (double cancelation email has arrived)

I have tested also with latest nightly build (2.2.10.20141104-1) with same results

The problem comes from the fact that iOS sends event invitation without an organizer.
