Are there differences in the config of the 2 servers?

We've just finished to upgrade to debian 8 a SOGo server in our dev environnement and yet, we have the same problem.
Can you confirm that this is an issue with debian 8 ? Or do we have a problem with our environements ?

One possible reason for this to happen is that SOGo/SOPE packages from Wheezy were installed on Jessie. It is mentioned that the server was upgraded in the comments below.
