Summary0003330: Weekly events - invalid start time on single occurrence
Description

Weekly event has invalid start time on single occurrence when created with Europe/Warsaw timezone.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Set timezone in "Preferences" to Europe/Warsaw.
  2. Create new weekly event starting on October 1st 2015 8:00 AM (1 hour long).
  3. On 22nd of October (and this day only) this event is scheduled to start at 9:00 AM instead of 8:00 AM!

I have managed to reproduce it both on our local environment (SOGoTimeZone = Europe/Warsaw) and http://sogo-demo.inverse.ca (I do not know what is the server timezone there)

I cannot reproduce this. I recall a bug fix related to this many months ago in SOPE.
