Description

Changes to mail folders never appear on the clients after the initial sync.

It seems the dispatcher code doesn't even detect such changes for some reason.

Might be a related to 0002700.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a new folder on the web interface or using an IMAP client
  2. Wait until the client syncs autimatically or start a manual sync
  3. The folder does not show up on the client until recreating the account

Not sure why but it suddenly started working. After refreshing my inbox, I can see all the folder changes on my smartphone.

It was likely some misconfiguration, please close/delete the report. Thank you.
