Description

It is currently possible to create an AB or calendar 'below' another folder.
This is not supported and should probably be blocked since the data won't reach the sogo server anyways.

In "online mode" (ie., non-cached), this works properly.

It seems that the property to NOT allow the creation of folder below existing calendars, address books or mail folders is not correctly sent over cached mode.

In fact, in "online mode", it doesn't work perfectly for mail folders.

The "New Folder..." option isn't enabled. MAPIStoreFolder's -supportsSubFolders method is NOT implemented for mail folders and it always return NO by default.

That change is wrong. We should at least call -noinferiors on the NGImap4Folder object to see if we can actually create subfolders.

In "online mode" the option to delete the personal calendar is also available. If we try to do so, we get an error in Outlook but it shouldn't be enabled in the first place.
