Summary0002004: scalability: the fetching of mailboxes should fetch mail content bodies in batch
Description

Currenlty, each body part of each message is downloaded separately. Fetching the main body parts of 100 or 500 messages at once should substantially improve the performance during synchronization of mail folders.
An additional backend operation would be required to implement this.
