It would be great if all options available in sogo.conf could be documented, a man page would be awesome.

The installation and configuration guide covers all the configuration options :

http://www.sogo.nu/english/support/documentation.html

We'll eventually move away from ODT to a text-base format in order to easily export the documentation to HTML and man pages.

In the odt files no debug configuration parameters are mentioned, maybe there are also other variables.
