Summary0002507: HTML mail unnecessarily escaped tags
Description

When message is in HTML format the '=' (equal character) used for tags value is escaped to '%3D'
Example:
Table with width set.

To check that error You need to send mail with for example table with width set and open that mail in ThunderBird and look at message source.

Content is now encoded in quoted-printable. Therefore, an equal sign is now encoded as '=3D'.
