Summary0002770: Calendar edit view should accept whole hours as time input
Description

Lots of appointments start and end at whole hours. For posting those, it should be sufficient to type the hours into the start/end time fields, but SOGo requires to type the full hh:mm format.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Click/tab into start field
  2. Replace content with number like "11"
  3. Click/tab into another field
  4. Time in start field jumps back to former input

Expected behavior: time in start field gets replaced by "11:00".
