Summary0002829: Multiple all-day events are not completely displayed in calendar print view
Description

When printing a calendar, only a single all-day event is displayed correctly. This is especially an issue for vacation calendars when people are in vacation at the same time. Only the first appointment is completely displayed, the second partially, the further ones only after scrolling (and will not be printed).

Also compare with attached screenshot.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create three all-day appointments for a single date
  2. Open print view
  3. Select "Daily" view
  4. Only first appointment shown correctly, remaining ones partially / not displayed

Expected behavior: All events are displayed and printed.
