Summary0003730: Free/Busy view not for newly invited participants
Description

When creating a new appointment and adding participants a free/busy view is not shown.

I can only see a free/busy view after saving and re-opening the appointment.

Steps To Reproduce
  • create appointment
  • add participants
  • no free / busy view
  • save appointment
  • open appointment in edit mode
  • free / busy view available for participants

The first screenshot "appointment_new" shows only a badge for an invited participant in the new appointment that is to be created. No chance to see free or busy times.

When I reopen and edit the appointment (screenshot "appointment_edit") a free/busy view is shown.

This view is also needed when creating an appointment.

And what SOGoCalendarDefaultRoles do you have?

The recommended SOGoCalendarDefaultRoles are set.

I think this is more an UI issue and not an ACL issue as I see the free/busy view after reopening the appointment. And when I add additional participants the free/busy view for them is also shown.

I only does not happen just when creating a new appointment.

Did you set SOGoCalendarDefaultRoles AFTER the calendars were created? If so, that will NOT work.

Show us the ACLs Ralf has on his calendar.

Click on the arrow button on the right side of the participants auto-completion field to expand the list of participants with their free/busy data.
