Summary0003838: repeating "all day" event(s) are not visible in the webclient
Description

After upgrading from 3.1.5 to 3.2.0 all daily/weekly/montly/yearly repeating "all day" events are not visible anymore in the webclient. In the Thunderbird and Android calendar the events show up as expected.

Steps To Reproduce

webclient:
set time zone to Europe/Amsterdam
create event: "all day" repeat: weekly
save
result: not visible in the webclient,

set time zone to America/Montreal
result: visible in the weblient

thunderbird / android calendar: events are always visible

Additional Information

this problem shows up in: stable 3.2.0 and nightly

Bug or configuration issue?

Steps taken:
clean install SOGo nightly on Centos 7 problem with repeating all day events
clean install SOGo nightly on Debian Jessie webui works as expected
both installations use the same sogo.conf file

any idea?

It's an installation issue.

epel version of gnustep-base was updated to: 1.24.9
installing 1.24.6 of gnustep-base solved the problem
