Summary	0004096: recipient email address is validated only if Subject field is edited/clicked
Description	the recipient email address is validated (and so the "send" button is activated) only if you click on Subject field.. no editing required, just clicking or entering via tab this is tedious if you're just forwarding an email (action that doesn't require sbj editing)
Steps To Reproduce	forward an email, insert recipient's email, click on Body field, email is not "validated" and "send" arrow is unavailable/disabled
