Summary0004319: For one and only one user, his personal calendar appear suddenly twice
Description

For one and only one user, his personal calendar appear suddenly twice. All events also appears twice.
Hiding the first "personel calendar" in list hide all events. Hiding the second calendar do not hide any event, they appear twice.

How and where are stored the calendar ? In db ? How can I debug this and suppress the second "bad" calendar ?

Thanks

I would do a backup with sogo-tool and check, if it is in there twice.
Correct it there and remove the user.
Then restore all of his/her data with sogo-tool again.

I post some screenshots.
.._OT.png show the two calendars
..OT_1.png show that hidding the second one doesn't hide events
and ..OT_2.png show the opposite... :(

Please give us hope, or at least some suggestions ;)

Thanks Christian,
I posted the screenshots exactly when you answered, and missed your message :/
Backing up the user with sogo-tool shows only one "Calendar/personal". So, it's strange : is this just a display problem ??? But where ?

Well. I tried to backup-remove-restore the user. What appends is that when restoring it, sogo-tool lists the record it restored, but no events nor no contacts appears in the GUI. Having a doubt, I restart memcached and... All appear in one calendar as expected, but all preferences (colors, shared calendars...) was resetted. Can memcached be a part of the problem ?
Then, I restored the the parameters : and the two personal calendar re-appear in the GUI as before !!
So can the problem be in the preferences rather then in the data themselves ? How to verify this ?

The datas are personal datas of the user, so I can't publish them. Is there a way to send you the sogo-tool backup if you would analyze it ?
I can also export some mysql tables if necessary.
Thanks

OK : thinking at what appends at last try, and to repair the user's calendar, I've decided to remove it, restore his datas (so he has only one calendar), but not his preferences, re-entered manually. His environment is clean for now.

But it would nice, for later, if you could examine the backup and tell us what append ?
Thanks
