Summary0004585: Wrong start time when dragging from stop date to start date
Description

If you create a new calendar event by "drawing" a box from the start time to then stop time the new event is created correctly.
But if you do it from stop time (e.g. 16:00) to start time (e.g. 15:00) then it will fill in 16:00 as the start time and 17:00 as the stop time in the shown popup.
