Summary0004841: Mail signature with image fails in forward message
Description

If you have a image on your email signature, when you forward a message your signature goes without the image.

Steps To Reproduce

Open a mail you had received and choose forward.
In editor, the signature image is displayed as a broken image and as an attachment. When message is saved as draft or sent the broken image disappears from the body and from attachment
