Summary	0005147: Address card shows no first and last name when using display name
Description	If I give a display name in an adress-card, then I can find it easier in the adress-overview. Unfortunately the first and last name is not shown in the detail view (see screeenshots). The problem can also be reproduced in the demo environment.
