Summary	0005186: no "reply to all" if e-mail address multiple times in CC field
Description	We have received an e-mail in which the same e-mail is inadvertently used twice in the CC field. But when replying to all, only the To field is filled in and the CC fields remain empty (probably because of the duplicate addresses).
