Product Version | 2.3.7 | ||||
Summary | 0003502: junk folders shows as JunkFolderName
Description | [version is 2.3.8 but it isn't available in the drop down] After setting SOGoJunkFolderName as my junk folder (in my case INBOX/spam), I can see it with the spam folder icon, but the name shown is literally JunkFolderName instead of "spam".

Go on transifex.com and update the translation. |
I will do that, but I'm not sure localizing the folder name is a good thing. |
This is also used for Inbox, Sent, Drafts and Trash. |
Fair enough, but while thunderbird translates all of those (IMHO wrongly except for the inbox), it doesn't localize the spam folder, which keeps the "real" name. |
besides JunkFolderName isn't the correct translation in any language. |
The JunkFolderName is the name that will be displayed to the user. The SOGoJunkFolderName (defined in /etc/sogo/sogo.conf - which defaults to "Junk") is the name that will be created/used on the IMAP server. |
