Time zone: 2 hours shift back when you see an event

When we created an event via the web interface from 9am to 10am, it appears from 7am to 8am.

in the source code we can see:
DTSTART; TZID = Europe / Paris: 20160211T080000
DTEND; TZID = Europe / Paris: 20160211T090000

and when editing of the event is seen: from 7am to 8am.

So what the basis was created for the event from 9 am to 10 am!

Additional information, I a dist-upgrade of squeeze to jessie and I just made a test version 2.3.8 on a vmware snapshot of the squeeze version of my server.

Result: there is no problem! the upgrade to jessie had to change something ...

That can happen if during the upgrade process you have SOPE/SOGo packages mixed up with our packages.

I can not change my deposit sogo wheezy to jessie because the jessie 32bit depot does not exist ...

You cannot use Wheezy packages on Jessie without expecting breakage. The ABI changes in GNUstep and other librairies.
