Summary0005713: Calendar is not syncing well the dates of a periodic event to all the attendants
Description

I've created a periodical event for a bunch of people. The event Start Tuesday, March 14, 2023 10:30 - 12:30 with a bi-weekly periodicity.
I'm the organizer and there are three attendees, but the event appears on their calendar on March 21. I had edited the event using thunderbird and I think that's what has caused all this, because I'm not able to reproduce the issue while using only the website.

Steps To Reproduce
  • Steps to Reproduce

1.- Create a periodic event. For example from Wed 15 Mar 11:00 - 12:00 every 2 weeks on Wednesdays
2.- Modify an individual occurrence of the event. For example change Wed 15 Mar to Thu 16 Mar from 10:00 - 12:00
3.- Modify all the occurrences starting on 29 Mar to a new hours 10:00 - 11:00

  • Expected result:

Thu 16 Mar from 10:00 - 12:00
Starting on 29 Mar every 2 weeks from 10:00 - 11:00

  • Actual result:

Event organizer:
Thu 16 Mar from 9:00 - 11:00
Starting on 29 Mar every 2 weeks from 10:00 - 11:00

Attendants:
Thu 16 Mar from 10:00 - 12:00
Starting on 29 Mar every 2 weeks from 11:00 - 12:00

Hi, is there anything we can do on our end to provide more information or help in general?

Hi, I believe you can merge https://bugs.sogo.nu/view.php?id=5830 with this one, since it definitely looks like the same issue.
