Summary	0001882: allow configuration of columns and per folder settings like threading
Description	It would be great if it was possible to configure which columns to display and in which order. Atm, the only thing that can be changed is after which colums the emails are sorted in ascending or descending order. Also, "Sort messages by threads" is a global switch. I do have several mailing lists, for which I want to enable threading, but not for the other folders. So having the possibility to configure this setting per folder would be nice. As an example, roundcoube does this pretty nicely.
