IMHO that ist to much information because resources like roums have different settings

I think the best way is to hide also this information or label it as (occupied or busy)

I honestly don't understand what issue you have with how things work right now. You have 3 levels of confidentiality and you can let the user view all, date&time, respond and modify for each of them.

We have NO plan of changing that.
