Summary	0003792: Not all event changes trigger email notifications
Description	When the "Receive a mail when someone else modifies my calendar" option is set, not all changes trigger mail notifications. Some examples: Modified description: no change notification sent. Modified title: no change notification sent. Some field changes actually work fine: When invited people confirm their attendance, the message says: "XX has accepted your event invitation.". When start/end change, the message says: "The following parameters have changed: end (new end), start (new start)". Modified location: like the previous one, it shows the new location.

If a different user modifies the title or the description of an event in someone else calendar, the owner of the calendar will receive a notification, assuming the owner has checked Receive a mail when someone else modifies my calendar.
