Summary	0004819: Duplicate attendees result in broken FreeAndBusy overview
Description	If someone is adding the same attendee twice to an appointment, the FreeAndBusy overview is not refreshed with additional attendees. IMHO it should not be possible to add an attendee twice to an appointment. If this appointment is edited again, no participants will be displayed in the FreeAndBusy overview.
Steps To Reproduce	Create a new appointment Invite a participant twice
