Since the version 1.0.6 of the Funambol SOGo Connector, it’s now possible to synchronize multiple calendars on your mobile device.
To do so, from SOGo Web, you must first check the “Synchronize” option from the calendar properties dialog (from SOGo 1.0.5 and up). You must also specify a tag that will be used to differentiate events / tasks in different calendars.
As an example, if you have two calendars, one personal and one tagged “Foo”, events from the tagged calendar with appear on your mobile device with the “[Foo] " prefix in the summary / title.
In our example, you can also add events / tasks in additional calendars just by prefixing the summary / title with “[Foo] “. You can also modify events / tasks by keeping the tag as-is and modifying the other information.
Note that the SOGo ACLs are fully enforced during synchronization so the privileges you set on your public, confidential and private information are fully honored.
